Source files and ongoing intellectual property rights may be subject to separate agreements.

7. Confidentiality

Similarly, while we strive for effective web design, we do not guarantee specific business outcomes from your website.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we disclaim all other warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or our Services shall be limited to the total fees paid by you to us for the specific Services in question. In no event shall we be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities.
